Autopay
Autopay is a convenient feature to make your payment on a scheduled withdrawal date using your bank account or *debit/credit card. Visit the payment center to enroll in autopay.
Enrollment must be completed one business day prior to the scheduled withdrawal date.

Pay with your monthly Social Security check
Automatically have your premium deducted from your monthly Social Security check. Call Member Services:

Credit/debit card or electronic check
Visit the payment center to make a one-time payment using your bank account, *debit/credit card, *PayPal, *Apple Pay, * Google Pay, or *Venmo.

Monthly paper billing
Receive a paper bill the first of each month for the following month. Pay directly by check or money order. Include your member ID from your invoice, on the memo line of your payment.
Guest payment
You can use our guest payment feature to make a secure one-time payment for a Capital Blue Cross member using your bank account, *debit/credit card, *PayPal, *Apple Pay, * Google Pay, or *Venmo without logging into a secure account. Visit the guest payment center to get started.
